UNIQUE CHALLENGES
After a series of workshops and research, we realised we'd need two stand-alone projects. A platform for teachers to use in schools and another for students and young people to use independently.
FOR SCHOOLS
MPOWER classroom programs are structured and interactive ready-to-teach lessons based on the new NSW PDHPE Syllabus for teachers to implement in the classroom.
FOR YOUTH
MPOWER-TV empowers young people to learn about ancient cultures, the power of their minds and how to live their creative potential. The platform includes content from global elders, world-class musicians, high-profile artists, mental health specialists, integrative doctors, nutritionists, fitness instructors, yoga teachers and meditation experts.
TECH SOLUTION
Integrating with Stripe to manage memberships and payment, MPOWER is a self-sufficient digital platform. On the backend, we used an open-source Node.JS CMS called Strapi. It's flexible and ideal for custom platforms such as MPOWER. We also integrated with SendGrid and Hubspot for CRM and hosted it in AWS on a Small EC2 box.
