At Hello Again, we crafted the complete Craggle experience – a customer web app, lenders portal, admin portal, marketing website, and seamless 3rd party integrations.
Craggle handles a large amount of sensitive information, so data security and integrity were of utmost priority. Customers provide the platform with personal information related to their home loans and financial situation, and banks also access the platform to make offers on the submitted loans. Craggle is deployed upon best-in-class infrastructure so that all parties can rest assured that their data is safe.
The consumer app and lenders platform are both NextJS applications utilising a combination of server and client-side rendering approaches for a seamless and performant user experience. The backend is a custom NestJS application using a Postgres relational database.
